Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of the first night’s charge guarantees your reservation for the day of arrival. If you cancel at least 10 days prior to your stay, a full refund will be issued minus a $10 processing fee. Failure to notify us within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a charge to the credit card. No refunds are available for early departures.
